::  Process Control     We ensure that we have proper quality assurance system and procedures to consistently ship good quality. A) Raw materials Our merchandising term is responsible for lab test and approval of the colors of bulk fabric, according to customers' specifications and standard.   B) Factory QA QA term which closely monitors each step of production process. These include through inspection of fabric prior to cutting, in-line sewing operations, pressing and finishing. We conduct in line & Pre-Final audits to evaluate effectiveness of the process control procedures. We also work closely with our client's QC Department to meet their specific requirements. Moreover, our factory QA control system follow the audit system at AQL 2.5.
